Major Service (every 10 to 20 years)
Turnaround time is usually four to six weeks but varies
depending on the work load at ZLS. Repairs, if necessary, are quoted at a fixed rate per hour for labor, plus parts.
Major service includes the following:
- Set levels
- Meter testing and evaluation
- Cleaning of sensor
- Gear-box cleaning, changing of bearings and re-lubricating
- Changing of seals
- Adjust sensor to factory specifications
- Additional meter testing
- 2-day leak test minimum
- Backfill sensor with dry nitrogen
- Seal sensor
- Field/calibration check
- Package for shipment

Turnaround time is usually four to eight weeks but varies
depending on the work load at ZLS. Repairs, if necessary, are quoted at a fixed rate per hour for labor, plus parts.
Major service includes the following:
- Set levels
- Meter testing and evaluation
- Changing of seals
- leak test
- Flood and floor tests
- Package for shipment
